Fersen Lamas Lambranho

Board Chairman

Fersen Lambranho is the Chairman of the Board of G2D Investments. Mr. Lambranho is also the Chairman of GP Investments Ltd and a member of the Investment Committee of GP Advisors (Bermuda) Ltd. He has more than 20 years of experience as a manager and board member in various financial, mining, real estate, and retail industries.
Mr. Lambranho has joined GP Investments in 1998 and became a Managing Director in 1999. Before joining GP, Mr. Lambranho was the CEO of Lojas Americanas, where he worked for 12 years and was a board member from 1998 to 2003. Currently, he is the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Grupo SBF (Centauro) and serves on the Board of Spice Private Equity.
He has previously served as chairman of the boards of Oi, Contax, Gafisa, ABC Supermercados , Magnesita and GPIAC (SPAC 2015). In addition, he previously served on the board of LEON Restaurants, RHI Magnesita, BRMalls, San Antonio, Allis, BHG, Estácio, BRZ Investimentos, Tele Norte Leste Participações, São Carlos Empreendimentos e Participações, Playcenter, Shoptime, Farmasa, BR Properties and Americanas.com. He is a board member of several non-profit entities, such as Museum of Art São Paulo (MASP).

Mr. Lambranho holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and an MSc Degree in Business Administration from COPPEAD-UFRJ. He also completed the Owner President Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Antonio Carlos Augusto Ribeiro Bonchristiano

CEO

Antonio Bonchrstiano is a Member of the Board of G2D Investments. Mr. Bonchristiano is a member of the board and CEO of GP Investments. He joined GP Investments in 1993 and has been a Managing Director since 1995. Before joining GP Investments, Mr. Bonchristiano was a Partner at Johnston Associates Inc., a finance consultancy based in London, and worked for Salomon Brothers Inc. in London and New York. Currently, he serves as a member of the boards of directors of San Antonio International, and as Chairman of the boards of BR Properties and Akad Seguros. Mr. Bonchristiano is also on the board of several non-profit organizations, including Fundação Bienal and Fundação Estudar in São Paulo, Brazil and John Carter Brown Library in Providence, RI, USA. Previously, he served as a member of the boards of directors of AMBEV, Allis, BHG, Estácio, BR Properties, LAHotels, Sé Supermercados, ALL, Kuala, CEMAR, ABC Supermercados, Gafisa, Hopi Hari, Submarino, Equatorial, Geodex Commumication, Trio Assessoria (holding Sascar), BR Malls, Tempo, Magnesita Refratários, and Playcenter. He was also previously the Chief Financial Officer of SuperMar Supermercados and Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Submarino. He was further vice-chairman of the board of directors of BR Properties, director of Geodex Communication, Contax Participações, and IRO of ABC Supermarkets and GP Investments, Ltd.

Mr. Bonchristiano holds a bachelor’s degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Oxford.

Rodrigo Boscolo

Board Member

Rodrigo Boscolo is a Member of the Board of G2D Investments. Mr. Boscolo also works as an executive director and chief financial officer of GP Investments. He is responsible for managing the company’s investor relations and corporate development functions.
Mr. Boscolo has led or been involved in various transactions across a wide range of geographies and industries, particularly in the technology, consumer, restaurant, and retail sectors. He has also served on the board of directors of several portfolio companies, including Leon Restaurants, Magnesita, Allis, Sascar, and BRZ Investimentos. Previously, he co-founded a group travel platform and worked as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Boscolo earned an MBA from the Wharton School and an M.A. in International Studies from the Lauder Institute’s School of Arts and Sciences. He also holds a master’s degree from Euromed Management in Marseille, France, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of São Paulo.

Garth Lorimer Turner

Board Member

Garth Lorimer Turner is a Member of the Board of G2D Investments. Mr. Turner is currently active as co-founder and advisor of Cohort Limited, a Bermuda corporation incorporated in July 2012, which provides management and consulting services to offshore companies and funds. He is also a Trading Member of the Bermuda Stock Exchange. Since March 2014, he has served as a director of Watford Holdings Ltd., a Bermuda exempted company whose common shares are listed on the NASDAQ Global Market. Between August 2001 and July 2012, he served as Managing Director of Jupiter Asset Management (Bermuda) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jupiter Fund Management PLC, a prominent UK fund management group listed on the London Stock Exchange, with products ranging from unit trusts to investment companies and offshore funds. He holds a degree in Law from the University of Southampton, England (1989) having the Law Society Finals at the College of Law at Lancaster Gate in London in 1990.
He is a qualified lawyer in England and Wales (admitted in 1992), Hong Kong (admitted in 1995), and Bermuda (qualified as barrister and lawyer, admitted in 1998).

Christopher John Tribley

Board Member

Christopher Tribley is a Member of the Board of G2D Investments. Since July 2017, he has served as Senior Vice President, Fiduciary Services, at Maples Corporate Services (Bermuda) Limited, part of the Maples group of professional services companies. Previously, he worked between 2013 and 2017 at the Bermuda Monetary Authority as an Assistant Director, where he was head of the Investment Group responsible for supervising some of the largest investment groups operating in Bermuda. Before that, he served between 2004 and 2013 as Managing Director of Tribley Asset Management in Bermuda, a company that provided professional management services to institutional clients, family offices, and high-income clients. He also worked at Bank of Bermuda from 1987 to 2004 and at Bank of Montreal from 1989 to 1990 as Senior Dealer (Foreign Exchange), acting as Chief Dealer (Foreign Exchange), Director (Treasury Asset Management), and Treasurer for the Americas region.
He holds a degree in economics from Acadia University in Canada (1987). He holds a CFA certificate (since 1993) and is an associate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (admitted in 2017).

German Pasquale Quiroga Vilardo

Board Member

German Quiroga is a Member of the Board of G2D Investments. Mr. Quiroga is founder and former CEO of TV1.com (from 1994 to 1999), founder, CIO, and CMO of Americanas.com (from 1999 to 2004), CIO and CMO of Cyrela Brasil Realty (from 2004 to 2008), and founder, CEO, and member of the board of directors of Pontofrio.com (from 2008 to 2011), eplataforma (from 2008 to 2011), e-hub (from 2008 to 2011), Nova Pontocom (from 2011 to 2014) and Cnova (from 2014 to 2016), having led the latter company’s IPO process at NASDAQ. He is currently a member of the board of directors of GOL (since May 2016), Centauro (since February 2018), Locaweb (since December 2019), and C&A (since October 2019). He holds a degree of Electrical Engineering from IME (1991) and a master’s degree in digital systems from Escola Politécnica da USP (1994).
Mr. German Pasquale Quiroga Vilardo holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Instituto Militar de Engenharia (IME) and a master’s degree in Digital Systems from Escola Politécnica of Universidade de São Paulo – USP.

Carlos Estellita Cavalcanti Pessoa Filho

Director of Investor Relations at G2D Investments and Director at GP Investments

Carlos é diretor de Relação com Investidores da G2D Investments e também diretor da GP Investments. Antes de ingressar na GP, Carlos foi Gerente Geral do Coursera LatAm, plataforma líder na área de educação que provê cursos das melhores universidades no mundo a mais de 21 milhões de estudantes. Anteriormente, foi Diretor Geral da Wayra, braço de investimentos do Grupo Telefônica, onde investiu e gerenciou um portfólio de 35 empresas. Carlos foi parte do time que iniciou as operações da Endeavor, onde trabalhou por 10 anos, tanto no Brasil quanto nos EUA, onde foi Vice-Presidente. Carlos é membro do Conselho de Administração da ACE, aceleradora de Startups, membro do Comitê de Investimentos do fundo de Venture Capial Big Bets e é membro do Conselho de administração do Instituto Brain, instituto de inovação do Grupo Algar. Carlos atuou como Global Chapter Chair do H2, rede de líderes digitais global fundada no Silicon Valley e com presença em 9 países.

Carlos é formado em Administração de Empresas pela FGV em São Paulo e possui pós-graduação na Columbia Business School e especialização na Harvard Business School.
